Sometimes it’s hard for me to accept the fact that my baby is going to be a year old already. Both of my girls are growing so fast. The old saying about time flying really is true.
Both of my girls also have timeless, yet popular with a twist, names. My older daughter was named after my grandmother, right as grandma-chic was making a comeback. I had no idea her name would be in the Top Ten for the next decade. My baby’s name is much lower in the Top 100, but with multiple spellings which ultimately ranks it higher than face value.
Choosing the perfect baby name is both exciting and overwhelming. Ryan and I had the hardest time agreeing on a name for the baby. He liked boring names. He told me that my names weren’t real names. Every year, trends shift, and 2025 will be no exception. Modern parents are leaning toward meaningful, unique, and culturally rich names.
Whether you’re looking for timeless classics, modern favorites, or gender-neutral options, this post will help you discover the top baby names for 2025. I’ve carefully curated these lists after spending far too long looking for a baby name for my own little bundle.
